الخلاصة
Abstract
This is an abstract for the thesis entitled (The use of Legitimate purposes in international relations) . In this study , the researcher stared with an introduction in which he explained the importance of international relations as the true mirror for achieving the stability and constancy that Islam has sought since its emergence .
Then he added that with an introductory chapter , explaining the importance of objectives in consolidating the true understanding of Islam and the lofty objectives it aims to spread the religion of truth and virtue .
Follow it with two chapters as follows :
The first chapter : is devoted to employing the purposes in the conditions of the Muslim , and includes four chapters :
Chapter One : On the foundations that govern Muslims ****************over others .
Chapter Two : Employing purposes in embassies .
Chapter Three : Employing purposes in treaties .
Chapter Four : Employing Intentions in Dialogues .
As for the second chapter : the researcher dealt with the use of objectives in war situations , and was divided into four chapters :
Chapter One : Employing the purposes in jihad .
Chapter Two : Dividing the Lands .
Chapter Three : Employing the objectives in the armistice .
Chapter Four : Employing purposes in dealing with the *****************effects of war .
The researcher concluded his thesis with a set of results inspired by the research process , in which he toured many of its topics and did not skimp on what his scientific system brought .
